Donor Recognition

When a major event occurs—fire, earthquake, tsunami, terrorism, or other type of disaster--our community responders, including donors, are critical. Significant wear from saving lives and property is tough on equipment and firefighter personal safety clothing, and it is urgent that damaged equipment be repaired or replaced as soon as possible to help keep firefighters safe and ready for the next emergency.

The Fire Foundation’s donors are community heroes. Contributions from our donors, through the Fire Foundation, finance the equipment and training needed for San Diego County fire departments to be successful. This equipment and training is essential not just for fighting fire, but for medical calls. Our donors are individuals, businesses, other foundations and governmental agencies.

These corporate donors recognize the value of being prepared and preventing the losses which come with major fires.
